Hi, I’m Jenn Padawer, Founder and CEO of RE:FINE Mobile Wellness Studios.

I sit at the intersection of performance and presence. After years in sales and stepping into executive leadership, I witnessed burnout up close—founders carrying vision at all costs, teams running on adrenaline, and organizations quietly destabilizing under sustained pressure. What became impossible to ignore was not a lack of talent or ambition, but a lack of regulation. That realization changed everything.

RE:FINE was built as a response to that gap.

Today, my work spans executive coaching, fractional leadership and business development support, and custom-designed workshops for teams. Engagements range from year-long coaching and advisory retainers to shorter-term leadership containers, quarterly or offsite workshops, and fully bespoke programming tailored to an organization’s specific needs. There is no one-size-fits-all model. Each partnership is designed around the realities of the business, the leadership team, and the outcomes required to retain and develop top talent.

I work with leaders and teams on the issues they are actually navigating: emotional regulation under pressure, empathy and trust, clear and effective communication, navigating difficult conversations, decision-making in high-stakes environments, and leadership presence. These are not soft skills. They are performance and retention skills. When they are strengthened, organizations stabilize from the inside out.

At the core of this work is a simple truth: a dysregulated nervous system does not make good decisions. A regulated one does. When leaders are steady, communication sharpens. Teams feel safer, more engaged, and more resilient. Performance becomes sustainable instead of extractive.

The larger vision for RE:FINE Mobile Wellness Studios is intentionally bold and tangible. A fleet of teal Volkswagen buses serves as a highly visible point of entry—bringing the conversation, credibility, and access needed to deliver this work directly inside organizations. The buses function as both signal and catalyst, helping leadership training, nervous system regulation, and performance support reach offices, conference rooms, hospitals, schools, and communities where pressure already exists.

RE:FINE exists to redefine leadership development and workplace performance not as a perk, but as infrastructure. Calm is not a luxury. It is a strategy.
